Shoutout to Malek my salesman. He was super knowledgeable about the cars and did not make me feel rushed or pressure to buy. I also had a few minor issues with the car and Malek/ the dealership was super about making things right for me. My wife and I a week and a half ago just purchased a GORGEOUS 2025 KIA Sportage AWD X-Line model, Wolf grey paint and blacked out exterior trim and rims, Black Napa Italian leather seats and many more extra interior features for a great price. Kevin our salesperson, Ryan the managing consultant, and Pernell the finance specialist were all outstanding, non-aggressive, and overall a friendly staff to do business with.

I recently had my engine replaced at this dealership due to a recall, and I’m so grateful for the new engine at no cost! My car is running smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier—thank you to the team! However, the customer service was subpar. Communication was lacking, with unreturned calls and unclear information about the need for a new transmission. Wade mentioned that I’d need to drive slowly with the new engine to avoid overloading the old transmission, but after receiving an updated inspection, there was no recommendation for a new transmission—which left me worried unnecessarily.. I’m planning a cross-country road trip to Colorado and would much rather have any potential transmission issues addressed now than end up stranded on the side of the road in the snow. On the positive side, John (JT) was excellent—professional, courteous, and very helpful. I shared my concerns with him, and he quickly addressed them while reassuring me that I’d be just fine driving on the highway. There were also some missed opportunities for additional service. The team didn’t notice my broken driver’s side window button or the broken steering wheel volume toggle, nor did they offer any detailing services—even though I would have been willing to pay for them. Maybe that’s expecting too much? But if I was in charge of sales here I’d definitely enforce upselling especially for a warranty repair like this. I would think the dealership would want to make some revenue while my car is there for two weeks. But hey..
