Big Al has been a super star. Literally has made buying a car a walk in the park. Who has even heard of that before? Well now you have. He has answered every call, even all my calls after hours. Let me start by saying I live 4 hours south in Palm Beach County!! I have been looking for a truck for my son. After a few weeks of local hunting, multiple dealership walk-ins (and walk-outs), and just overall feeling slimy from crooked and shady car salesmen, I decided to expand my search radius. I found the vehicle I was searching for at Infinity of Clearwater. I called to inquire about it and spoke with Big Al. Right away I connected with his personality over the phone. He respected my time, schedule, and distance I would be traveling from. After the phone conversation and some texts back and forth, we came to an agreement. When I arrived the next day, he and staff were very welcoming and hospitable. The truck was as advertised online. It looked clean inside and out, and drove great! When we came inside to finalize the paperwork - no haggling, hassling, add-ons, you need this, you need that, or slimy feeling - what we agreed to over the phone was exactly the same. For me, this would have to be the smoothest vehicle buying experience I've ever had! My son loves his new truck and we had a great experience. If I didn't live so far south, this would be my go-to place...but if you live local, or are looking for a vehicle in the Tampa area, you have no excuse!
