"Purchased my Outback from Alex at Fitzgerald in 2020 and I get all of my oil changes and regular maintenance done there as well. I had a misunderstanding with them regarding the warranty a couple of months ago and the service department spent the time (and patience) to explain to my husband and I what I was not understanding. They have been very kind. Pat and Alyssa helped us most recently, and I wish I remembered the name of the woman who regularly helped me previously, because she did an excellent job as well. Big thanks to the service department for your patience and understanding."
