The customer service here is exceptional. This was my first vehicle purchase and everything was explained in great detail; they did a great job clearing up any confusion and worked hard to get a great deal for me that was within my budget. Big thanks to Christian for being patient and going above and beyond to show me everything I was interested in looking at and for making sure I ended up with the vehicle I wanted. Ferman Ford Was absolutely incredible to deal with buying a brand new vehicle and being 1400 miles away they took two of my vehicles in trade. I had them shipped to them. They were absolutely by father fairest in pricing those used cars. My initial contact was I believe Bob, the general manager,Ferman Ford and BMW What an absolute great representation for your corporations. I have been in the automotive industry for 55+ years. You don’t find that kind of customer service out there anymore. I told him exactly what I was looking for. he found had it brought in. It was exactly as he stated. I am not yet seeing this automobile I will be in Florida in approximately eight days. I’m looking forward to meeting everybody that I have dealt with. I am very proud and happy to be welcome. the way I was outstanding.
