"Well, my service appt. didn't start off great -- waited for 15 mins. in the Toyota service center garage until someone came by to help me (yet plenty of employees were walking around). But it got better after that! Great facility with some really nice amenities (esp. the coffee machine! and the super nice Parts store), great service advisor, excellent service (including free multi-inspection that didn't come up with lots of repairs that you don't need, like so many other car service places!). And they honored my warranty without any hassle (unlike other Toyota dealerships). BUT, the negative is that I had to wait 2 hrs. for an express service (oil change and tire rotation). You got to do better than that if you want people to come back! And btw, don't bother with the online scheduler -- it's very limited and clunky, which is a shame. Overall I say give them a try!"
