Incredible car buying experience! We were shopping for a used car for my GF. I saw a few online, so this was my first stop of several. I went no further. The car was exactly what we were looking for. It was on the higher end of the KBB value, but now I know why, it is beautiful. Tim Hansen was our salesperson and he was the best I've seen. Honest, friendly, but more importantly, he cared and never dodged a question I asked him. He showed me the Carfax, then took me to talk to Paul, the 28 year plus mechanic who had done the extensive prep on the vehicle. He told me everything about it, we test drove it, they gave us a good deal on the trade in, and off we went. I can't say enough about how kind and professional Tim our salesperson, Paul the mechanic, the cleaning and prep team, Brandon at the front, and Frank, the business manager were. They treated us as if we were buying a very expensive car, and we weren't. Thank you to the entire staff and operation at AutoNation Lincoln in Clearwater. Going to the AutoNation of Clearwater was the best choice. I called and spoke with a very enthusiastic sales person Amy Sizemore. I told her exactly what I was looking for and she delivered. I was very pleased with Manny my coordinator. The service was impeccable. The car looked beautiful when I got it back after a full detail. Manny kept me informed the entire time they had my car. They gave me a very nice Courtesy car to drive while they were servicing mine. The only thing that bothered me was that they had my car for 3 days. I will definitely always have my car service there.
