I’ve been a client of Audi South since 2014. Overall a great experience with car buying or servicing my cars. Price is competitive, the team is knowledgeable and helpful. Had feedback given in the past with a few missteps (very small things I’m particular about) and they accepted my suggestions and adjusted it to my liking. The store just got under a renovation and it looks even better. We love German cars but Audi is a fan favorite in our house because it is a trustworthy brand, safety features make us stay with the brand for more than 18 years even when living abroad. Porsche takes second place in my list, who’s also wonderful and un, but a different drive and purpose. I would recommend Gio for an even better experience. He goes above and beyond for his clients. He is delivering a real customer service, not easy to find nowadays.

Mo provided exceptional assistance throughout the entire process, guiding me with ease and professionalism. I recently had my 2021 Audi S-7 serviced at Audi of South Orlando. The AC Evaporator Coil had to be replaced approximately 1 year ago and was covered under the original factory warranty. Unfortunately, the exact same part failed recently a week or so out of repair warranty. The entire AC system had to be replaced at extraordinary cost! Although I was not happy about the reliability of the original repair, my service advisor Cory and the service manager went above and beyond to convince Audi of America to cover the new repair despite being under no contractual or legal obligation to do so. We all know how big corporations usually respond to this. This was the right thing to do on their part and demonstrated to me their commitment to doing right by the customer. I was not expecting good results. Thankfully, they were able to convince Audi of America and get the vehicle repaired at no cost to me which saved me many thousands of dollars. Many thanks to Cory for his customer advocacy. I have never seen any service advisor do this. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership for your transportation needs!
